Plaintiffs opposed defendants’ request for judgment on the pleadings by filing a brief on September 2, 2016. The brief asserted that the plaintiffs’ original allegations were sufficient to support a finding that UberBLACK drivers were employed by Defendants, and that there was a fiduciary relationship between the parties.
